ARC Blackburn offers help with:
- understanding documents and letters from the Home Office
- welfare benefits, for example, Universal Credits
- housing guidance and access to limited accommodation (subject to availability)
- opening Bank Accounts
- ESOL Hub registration
- writing emails and letters
- employment support
- access to education and training opportunities
- access to health and other services
- access to opportunities and events
If they cannot offer direct suppot, they can help with referrals and signposting to other specialist services in the area, such as Blackburn Food Bank.
