Best Start in Life Strategy launched
Best Start in Life (pre birth to five years) is a five year strategy designed to improve the life chances of every child in Blackburn with Darwen. Our ambition is to address inequalities, narrow the gap in early learning and development, and improve outcomes for all children, including those who face additional challenges or disadvantage.
