Pregnancy in Mind: a parental mental health service from the NSPCC

Online support for anyone who wants help with their wellbeing during pregnancy, from the NSPCC

Pregnancy in Mind is a preventative mental health service designed to support expectant parents who are at risk of, or currently experiencing, mild to moderate anxiety and low mood during their pregnancy.

It provides online support through an 8 week course that teaches coping strategies, advice and guidance.
