Support to address lifestyle issues, aimed at children from 0 to 5 years

This is an 8 week programme that offers parents a chance to share ideas and gain new skills and tools to address lifestyle issues in a supportive and fun environment.

Lifestyle issues are things like:

  • your confidence in your own parenting
  • the lifestyle habits of your family
  • the emotional well being of yourself and your family
  • nutrition - healthy eating
  • physical activity

A creche is provided.
