This is an 8 week programme that offers parents a chance to share ideas and gain new skills and tools to address lifestyle issues in a supportive and fun environment.
Lifestyle issues are things like:
- your confidence in your own parenting
- the lifestyle habits of your family
- the emotional well being of yourself and your family
- nutrition - healthy eating
- physical activity
A creche is provided.
