Enhance your parenting skills and support your baby in their first 12 months

This is an 8 week programme to enhance your parenting skills, and help you to support your baby socially, emotionally, physically and academically in their first 12 months.

You will bring your baby to the sessions with you, which focus on:

  • becoming a parent and getting to know your baby
  • communicating with your baby effectively
  • your baby's ability to learn language
  • providing stimulation for your baby - things they can touch and see
  • learning to read your baby's mind
  • getting support
  • the emerging sense of self

If you have other children older than 12 months, we will provide a creche for them.
